We are excited to celebrate the opening of The Campfire Hotel in Bend, OR! Ride More Talk Less Industries is partnering to bring our vibe to The Campfire Hotel and showcase everything awesome about the Bend area. This will be the Moto Fam community’s opportunity to share an epic weekend with our Bend friends in a COVID-safe atmosphere. There will be riding, partying, and lots of rad adventures to fill the weekend!

We took a pause on this event due to the wildfires in Oregon and we had to make some changes as well. Due to the need for water to combat the wildfires, river and lake levels are low and we had to cancel water events in order to not put any extra pressure on this all-important resource during this fire season. This means more activities at The Campfire and a lower ticket price! Read below for the new information.

Event Details:

  • Tickets on sale Sunday September, 20th at 11 a.m. (Buy ticket button will be added above and will take you to The Campfire Hotel’s booking page for the event.)

  • October 2nd-4th, 2020

  • The Campfire Hotel, 721 NE 3rd Street, Bend, OR

  • Everyone 21+ is invited to join - however this will be a motorcycle focused event with group rides

Tickets for the event are $200* and include:

  • 2 night stay in a King Room at The Campfire Hotel

  • A day full of adventure activities at and around the Campfire Hotel on Saturday.

    Activities Include:

    • Coffee and Mini-Bike racing at Spoken Moto on Saturday morning - join us as we head to Spoken Moto as a group at 9 a.m. for coffee (coffee voucher included) and Mini-Bike Slalom Races. Get your engines running both figuratively and literally as we caffeinate and mini-race! There will also be food carts open onsite serving up breakfast if you’re hungry. (Breakfast not included in ticket price)

    • Group Ride Around the Bend Area - We will gather back at The Campfire for a short group ride starting at 1 p.m. with KSU at 1:15 p.m. This will be a short 60 minute cruise before landing back at The Campfire for afternoon activities.

    • Off-Road ATV Ride (add on for an additional $65) - We’ve got an adventure high waiting for you. Outriders NW offers a 3-hour long off-road ATV experience of a lifetime. Explore the Lava Lands of Central Oregon in your own off-road Polaris RZR, complete with driving trails and volcano landscapes that will blow your mind. ATV’s seat 1 - 4 people. This one is not affected by the fires and is way too cool not to still offer. So you can add this ride when buying your ticket. And don’t worry, all afternoon activities will still be happening when you get back so you won’t miss out!

    • Mini Track Racing with Spoken Moto - Didn’t get enough racing in during the morning? Of course not, there is never enough racing! Spoken Moto is bringing the little bikes back to The Campfire were we will have a full mini track set up in the parking lot for you to live out your Moto GP fantasies.

    • Axe Throwing with Bend Axe - Bend Axe will be setting up an axe-throwing range right at The Campfire! That’s right, live out your Pacific Northwest Lumberjack fantasies by learning to toss and axe and hit a target at 50 paces. Then put your new skills to the test in an Axe Throwing championship that evening.

    • Distillery Tours - Tours will be taking place all afternoon so head out when you’re ready for a little wet-your-whistle whiskey break. Take a 5 minute walk over to Oregon Distillers for an epic whiskey tour and tasting. There’s plenty of whiskey to go around, so don’t go drinking all yours at once!

    • Stump - Of course there is going to be Stump. Spend a part of the afternoon practicing your toss, catch, accuracy, and trick shots to prepare for the winner-take-all Stump championship that will take place later in the night.

  • Drinks from 10 Barrel Brewing

  • Dinner on Friday night from El Sancho

  • Dinner on Saturday night from Crafted Life

  • Live mural painting Friday night by Ashley Montague

  • DJ tunes Saturday night by our fav DJ Sknny Mrcls

  • Stump both nights with a championship on Saturday night

  • Axe throwing championship on Saturday night

  • Complimentary Campfire Hotel mask for your wearing pleasure

  • Complimentary Coffee Voucher for Spoken Moto

  • Group Rides all weekend, including a group ride from Portland on Friday + a group ride before departure on Sunday.

*You may add a second person to your room at the time of booking for the full ticket price. Due to COVID regulations tickets are limited to 90.

COVID Precautions:

We want everyone to be safe as we venture back into events in this crazy-as-hell 2020, so please read through the precautions below prior to ticket purchase + arrival.

  • All participants (or participants +1) will have their own, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized room upon arrival

  • All room fridges will be stocked with drinks so that you can safely serve yourself

  • All dinners will be pre-plated for easy self-service

  • All scheduled activities will take place outside

  • All shared activity items (i.e. mini-bikes, hammers, axes, etc.) will be sterilized between uses.

  • All staff from The Campfire Hotel, RMTL Industries, and on-site partners will be following mask guidelines (and don’t forget, masks will be provided for each guest too!)

We expect everyone to be respectful of social distancing, to wear a mask when guidelines dictate, to avoid forming lines at dinner, and to regularly wash your dirty, damn hands!
